    Liberia Scott # 230-36, Issued in 1928.  MINT HR.
    Full gum to part tropical gum as is very common for this set.  # 236 is on wax interleaving as is very common.  The stamp didn't see much use and most adhered to the interleaving after years in the humid Liberia PO's.
