    Liberia Scott # 16-20, Issued in 1880.  Mint Complete Set, no gum as always (see Note in Scott Before #1).  # 20
    with pencil numbers on rear.  See note in Scott before # 1.  "Very fine stamps will have perfs just clear of design"
    Stamps with four full outer frames are scarce and sell at a premium.
