    Description

    Liberia Scott # 159, Issued in 1916.  MINT.  See the note in Scott before # 1 regarding centering on this set. VF centering is with the perfs just clearing the design.  SCARCE Four Frames.  One with DROPPED "9" Variety which is actually an inverted "6".
